Understanding our pay slips

Workers do not understand their pay slips and it causes mistrust as they believe calculations are not accurate and that they are not being compensated based on the pieces they produce and hours they work.
Through this workshop the management and worker committee was able to come up with ideas to better communicate with the workforce and help them read their pay slips. They implemented their low-cost ideas the following day and after their 30 minute interventions in the canteen and factory floor, workers’ understanding of their pay slips rose in 33%.
