Inspiring change: mobilizing knowledge in the supply chain


In order to reduce the risk of breaches of human and labor rights in supply chains, all the actors that are part of the supply chain –directly or indirectly- need to evolve towards more responsible practices.
Using TheInspiringchange Methodology®, a new methodology based on co-innovation and participation, we identified the training needs of the different actors to promote more responsible supply chains and explored the possibility of creating strategic alliances to meet those needs.
