Sustainability professionals often struggle to communicate to HR managers how they can improve working conditions and, especially, how to prevent discrimination in the workplace. Therefore, it is essential that they are able to understand the HR managers’ underlying needs, concerns and pushback to transforming the workplace.
Through this training, participants develop their motivation and influencing skills using collaborative communication as their main vehicle.
