Inspectors support companies to ensure gender equality

Many companies have problems attracting and retaining talent due to the Human Resources’ discriminatory practices.
Labor inspectors, as agents of change, learned how to identify non compliances to the principle of respecting equality at the workplace. At the same time, they increased their skills to be able to advice companies to promote equality in the hiring processes, salary and reward schemes and other HR processes and procedures.
