Companies across 10 sectors of the economy wish to bring equality and diversity to their workplaces through changes in their policies and procedures but also through behavioral change.
The ILO, the Nacional Council of Private Enterprises and the Ministry of Labour promote this training and provide support and follow-up to achieve sustainable change.
