VIDEOS: Sketches to train employees on how to intervene in situations of violence and harrassment

TOOLS

Description:
One new approach to create safe spaces that are free of violence and harassment that is being implemented successfully in companies, is creating a sense of collectiveness, so that all workers feel part of a community. As members of the community, they are being protected and they are protecting others. In other words, everyone has the responsibility to intervene before, during or after an incident, when they see or hear behaviours that are threatening, or that promote violence and harassment.
These sketches offer examples on how to intervene in situations of violence or harassment, depending on the level of implication that one wants to have as bystander.
