Employers’ associations and trade union members learn to recognize discriminatory practices in working environments and how to address them more effectively. By becoming agents of change in their organizations they are able to develop action plans to sensitize colleagues and affiliates and promote good practices on equality and diversity. The pandemic cannot be a limitation to increasing competencies and skills, so the methodologies created ensured active engagement.
