Equality and Bias


CSR professionals from different companies learned how stereotypes and bias can have a negative impact on workplaces. Learning how discrimination is unintentionally rooted in many policies and procedures gives them a better perspective of the changes that need to be made.
In this training participants, were offered a safe space to ask questions, to talk about difficult topics, and to think collectively. Through their participation their companies can incorporate a more inclusive perspective to improve their human relationships throughout their supply chains.
