Conflict Management and Communication Skills


Correct conflict management in companies is vital, since labor conflicts can have an overwhelming impact on productivity, the work environment and the relationships between coworkers.
This course, offered to various companies in Honduras, and developed in collaboration with the Honduran Association of Maquiladores, seeks to train and prepare staff in this area, to guarantee that conflicts are managed effectively, and to promote a healthy and pleasant work environment, that has a positive impact on labor relations and contributes to the success of the company. The course consists of three modules, aimed at creating an effective complaint resolution system, to develop interpersonal conflict management skills and to gain effective communication skills, respectively.
