In hiring processes, some normalized practices can lead to situations of labour exploitation, discrimination, and even forced labor, even if the company is not aware of it. These risks in supply chains are more common than is usually assumed.

This workshop provides agricultural companies with an overview of the fundamentals for fair recruitment, following the General Principles and Guidelines for Fair Recruitment of the ILO. Participants gain valuable tools to prevent and address situations of labor exploitation and forced labor.
