Description:
In this workshop, we used creative problem-solving techniques to develop ideas on how to help management understand the value of social compliance and how to help workers report factory issues to brands.
Participants came up with 202 ideas through divergent thinking (total exploration and no judgement) and convergent thinking (where we decided which ideas seemed the most plausible).
