Finding effective solutions to the most common and daily problems at a factory might be harder than it sounds. Companies invest lots of money in trying to solve all sorts of challenges, but often find themselves spending resources and time in actions that don’t lead to effective and sustainable results.

The problem is that these actions are often addressing not the real problems, but merely it’s most superficial symptoms. In this training on Root Cause Analysis, companies learn a simple and accessible methodology which allows them to dig deeper into a problem to find the underlying elements that originate it. This way, the strategies they later implement will be aimed directly at the real roots of the problem, enabling more effective approaches and a better use of the resources.
