Auditing is not only about knowing the legislation. Social auditing is also about communicating, establishing dialogues and finding creative solutions to bring improvements to the workplace.
In this course, auditors from more than 6 different countries learned how to look at non compliances and problems from different perspectives, separate divergent and convergent thinking to move away from textbook solutions and find innovative responses and solutions to take action.
