Training of Trainers on good practices
Objective: National non-profit organisations and consultants in the social compliance field are not capable of providing training to local managers and workers on how to improve their Human Resouces practices that ensure compliance with International Labour Standards. With this training participants from 6 organisations are trained on how to conduct participant-centred training and on international good labour practices to train factories in the apparel and footwear sector.
