Labour inspectors bring added value
Objective: Labour inspectors have a traditional approach to inspection and need a deeper understanding of how employers carry out their activities. With this training on good practices on hiring, discipline and grievance procedures, labour inspectors are able to advice and assist managers by making recommendations on how to draft their internal policies, procedures and regulations.
