Inspectors support companies ensure gender equality

Objectives: Many companies have problems attracting and retaining talent due to the discriminatory Human Resources practices. Labor inspectors, as agents of change learned how to identify non compliances to the principle of respecting equality at the workplace and at the same time increased their skills to be able to provide companies with specific advice to promote equality in the hiring processes and salary and reward schemes and other HR processes and procedures.
