Increasing local capacity in HR
Objective: There is no local capacity in Honduras to train Human Resource Management from factories supplying to international brands affiliated to the Fair Labor Association on how to ensure fair hiring and firing practices. Local consultants, NGOs and service providers are trained on how to implement good practices in hiring, disciplinary and termination procedures to be able to offer their training services locally.
