Objective: Several of Adidas footwear suppliers in China need to upgrade their hiring processes to ensure that they comply with their clients Code of Conduct requirements. After this training, the Human Resources Department was able to revise their hiring policies and procedures to include equal treatment and opportunity as their main hiring decisions.
