Objective: Employers are not willing to collaborate with labour inspectors. They are perceived as mere sanctioners of outdated and burdensome legislation. Through this training managers are able to understand the role and mandate of labour inspectors and challenge existing stereotypes. Improvement of their relationships and further collaboration is now expected.
