Conflict management: a priority everywhere

Objective: Human Resource Managers find that there are a lot of unresolved conflicts in the factory floor and that their conflict management mechanisms are not working. With this training, managers are able to design and install a grievance procedure and a mediation process in their factory to reduce conflicts between supervisors and workers.
