Objective: Factories find it hard to meet their clients’ requirements regarding how to discipline workers for low productivity or behaviour problems. Through this training managers and other staff were able to learn how to put in place a progressive discipline program and motivate workers more effectively to improve both their conduct and performance.

Place: This training was conducted in several ocassions in China, including in Shenzhen and Fuzhou.
