Las reducciones de personal no siempre son negativas
Objective: Many suppliers in the Central American region have to reduce the size of their workforce due to economic constraints and they are not managing the process according to international best practices. Through the training, human resource management was able to learn how to manage retrenchment situations in collaboration with workers and insuring transparency in the process.
